Human Right - LAW

No mater of what country you are living in, there will never be a proper justification to allow a violation of personal privacy if there has been no wrong doing(spy/stalk/cross private boundaries/surveillance)! This is including every civilized country. Unwanted publicizing of one's privacy will never come to pass, due to human rights and laws that protect the individuals privacy such as the American Constitution! If an idevidul is not in the public environment or chooses not to be seen as a public fuiggure, that person has the right to be alone in private and be protected by the law against Stalkers, Spys and Survaillers as long as there is no wrong doing! Only if wrong doing is experienced and proven then that perosn is loosing the right to be in privacy. Only authorized parts of the Government and Law Enforcement is able to make those decisions and have to go through specific steps to ensure the safety of a potential innocent person and their rights. There are simply no excuses and the laws state very clearly that everyone has the right to their privacy, religion, believes and opinions!
Privacy is the expectation that confidential personal information disclosed in a private place will not be disclosed to third parties, when that disclosure would cause either embarrassment or emotional distress to a person of reasonable sensitivities. QUIT!!!
